The Rotating LED Synchroscope is designed to provide an illuminated indication to actual phase difference between the BUS
voltage (reference voltage) and the GENERATOR voltage (incoming voltage). The two AC systems are synchronized when the
green LED is lit in the 12 o’clock position along with two GEN/BUS LEDs. The instrument is rated for continuous operation and
connection. It denotes the actual frequency difference corresponding to the inverse of time taken for one rotation of illuminated

Time is measured in increments of 0.01h up to 99999.99 hours after which the meter automatically resets to zero. Meters are
non-resettable before this time to prevent accidental resetting.

Summation CT
Summation CT’s are designed to summarize multiple synchronous AC currents with equal phase relation. These CT’s are used to
sum up the secondary currents of different CT’s in order to get measurement through one device.

Shunt
Shunts are designed to provide an accurate DC millivolt signal to drive Ammeters, overload protection and control devices,
especially for higher amperage. They supply a voltage drop proportional to the DC Current which is measured and indicated by
a Moving Coil Meter with the scale calibrated in Amps.
